Description:
On 16.9.2017. Mvolo. An NGO was completing a distribution of WASH NFI kits to households in Mvolo it had started the previous day. Unarmed youth complained they were not registered and the forced entry into the storage tukul and took kits. The rest of the crowd then joined the youth in looting all the kits, despite the presence of community leaders. No NGO staffs were injured.
