Description:
15th of April 2016. According to reports, at around 23:30hrs, warning shots were fired by UNMISS forces after rumors spread amongst IDPs that government forces were approaching the PoC area in Malakal. It was said that IDPs from sector 4 and 1 started moving inside UNMISS as a result of the hearing said reports. There are conflicting reports as to whether SPLA troops and/or associated militias were actually seen around the area or not.
