Description:
- On 26.12.2016. Nassir. SPLA IO forces fired mortars and small arms weapons at a patrol of SPLA personnel. Thirty to thirty five mortar bombs were fired, some of which impacted within 50 metres of the UNMISS COB. SPLA countered with return fire. All firing ceased at about 13:50 hours with no injuries to UN personnel or damage to UN property reported.
