Description:
On 19.4.2017. Leer. It was reported that five Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) rounds, or similar, had been fired from Leer town. It was further reported that it was an attempted cattle raid in Leer town. It is suspected that youth came from Rupchai Area (Islands) to raid cattle in Leer but they met strong resistance from SPLA troops apparently resulting in 2 x persons killed and multiple causalities.
