Sobat River in Nasser fighting

On 1.3.2015. Group of SPLA soldiers patrolling the Western side of the Sobat River in Nasser was attacked by SPLA IO from the South of the river resulting into a fire fight between the two groups. SPLA IO is reported to have subsequently withdrawn while SPLA continued firing towards south of the River Sobat using a combination of small arms, RPGs and mortars. One dead body was observed being removed from the South of the river by SPLA and brought to the West of the river.
