Description:
One man was shot dead in Mundri on Saturday, according to an eyewitness. Gunshots were heard at about 8 PM Saturday night and people were scared, the source said.
The following morning, Sunday, it was found that a motorist was the victim. The incident took place near the education office.
“Only a few civilians have returned to Mundri and the area is war zone,” said another source, referring to the displacement that took place from Mundri following earlier clashes.
Gunshots are still being heard from time to time in different parts of town. A dog was also found on Sunday shot dead.
