On 29,7,2016: Juba. Man accused of raping minor. A 31 year old man has been arrested for allegedly raping his neighbor’s child in the Serekat residential area, police said yesterday. The victim was sleeping when the suspect broke into her home and raped her. An eyewitness, Dudu Saimia, told Radio Tamazuj that he heard little girl crying and found the man begging the girl not to report the rape to her aunt. “I called on some nearby residents and the accused was arrested at the scene of crime,” Dudu said. The child was taken to a local hospital. In June and July, 13 cases of rape were reported in the Serekat residential area
