Description:
On 26.2.2017. Juba. A male IDP attempted to forcibly enter POC 3 with a goat. He was accompanied by other IDPs who became aggressive and riotous when they were refused entry. FPU personnel intervened and as a result the IDP with the goat received a slight injury to his head. He was treated at an INGO clinic and discharged.
