Description:
1. On 9.1.2017.Juba.An INGO vehicle was stopped by traffic police at around 08:40hrs between Airport road and the UNMISS road in Juba. The traffic police officer demanded 2000SSP for an alleged speeding infraction and threatened to take the driver to his offices for further processing. After negotiations, the officer agreed to let the vehicle and driver go at around 08:55hrs after receiving 150SSP.
