On 19.11.2016. Juba. An INGO expat staff was harassed by a group of youths in a motorcycle near Phoenicia supermarket at around 13:40hrs. The youths followed the INGO vehicle and demanded payment over a phone that was allegedly damaged by the INGO vehicle. UN Security intervention resulted in the matter being resolved.
