- On 27.12.2016. Maban. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has reported heavy exchange of fire near Doro camp in Maban County in South Sudan’s Eastern Nile State on Christmas Day. Earlier last Month, government forces accused opposition fighters allied to Riek Machar of causing insecurity around Maban County. Elona Syneko, spokesperson for the ICRC in South Sudan, told Radio Tamazuj yesterday that there were clashes near Doro camp in Maban County on Sunday night.
