25. On 31.7.2017. Yei. Gunmen torture, rob two Anglican priests in Yei town. Two Anglican priests are nursing torture wounds after an appalling robbery last week at their homes in South Sudan’s Yei town. Mikaya Hakim, a renowned pastor in Yei, was reportedly beaten together with his wife in an attack by unknown gunmen. A family member, who preferred anonymity, told Radio Tamazuj that the attackers broke into pastor Hakim’s house and robbed his properties including money.
