Description:
1. On 2.1.2017. Rumbek. Armed men broke into an INGO compound in Rumbek town at around 02:00hrs. The security guards were said to have been assaulted and tied up. A yet to be determined amount of assets from the compound’s rub halls were stolen before the assailants fled the scene.
