On 30.9.2016. Nimule.An on-site witness, at approx. 0930hrs, at least five armed people in uniform, came from the bush, blocked the road and stopped a bus en route to Nimule from Juba. They boarded the bus and looked to see were there Nuer passengers onboard. Soldiers travelling on the bus negotiated with the attackers to allow the bus continue. After a collection was made by the passengers it was allowed to proceed.
