Description:
On 20.4.2017.Juba. It was reported that three ex-military soldiers of which two were handicapped came to the gates of an NGO compound demanding financial assistance. The soldiers were denied entry and subsequently they proceeded to sit at the gates blocking the entrance. The NGO guard force response team was called and moved the ex-soldiers away.
