Mori Misak is a post graduate professional of HRs with a long term [2003 to date] experience in training, development and management of human resources at various levels [national & regional]. Although Mr. Mori has had most of his studies abroad, his experience in the Sudan both in rural and urban settings has developed his dedication, commitment and self motivation to working in various parts of the Sudan and beyond. He is experienced working with both governmental and nongovernmental organisations has made him develop skills, abilities and competencies of handling tight and pressure related programmes and tasks including government bureaucracies. His studies and work experience has also exposed him to different cultures at both local and international level. Mori has written two academic researches titled the role of training institutions in human resource development in South Sudan” Case of Amadi Rural Development Institute “and the role of cultural heritage in promoting Tourism and Human development respectively.
