Samuel Philip was shot dead in Lui

   On 14.2.2017. Lui.  Samuel Philip, a civilian and son of a well known Priest, late Canon Philip Nyadringwa, was shot dead by government soldiers in a broad daylight in Lui on the weekend.Speaking to his elder brother, Wycliff Phillp, who could not hold his tears, he said his younger brother, Samuel, was barbarically killed on Saturday by government soldiers in Lui town.b“With deep sorrow I would like to inform you that my young brother Samuel Phillip, a civilian was shot dead yesterday Saturday 11.02.2017 in Lui town.” Wycliff said.
