Description:
On 21.2.2017. Juba. A UN staff member was walking on Yei Road in Nyokuren West while carrying a hand held Motorola radio. He was checking warehouses in the area. He was stopped by Government security personnel at a checkpoint and his radio was briefly confiscated. He was asked for documentation to prove it was a UN radio but after a short time it was returned without further incident.
