Description:
- On 21.12.2016. Rumbek. An INGO staff member was not allowed board an UNHAS flight from Unity by local authorities. The flight continued on its route to Rumbek and Juba. After a short while, the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all concerned and the staff member was free to travel on the next available flight.
