Description:
On 8.12.2016.Juba. A compound hosting an INGO was broken into at around 02:00hrs in Hai Commercial area of Juba by one unknown male assailant. The intruder attempted to steal a solar panel but was unsuccessful as said item was left in the courtyard. Reports suggest a dog might have scared the assailant and prompted him to escape empty handed.
