Description:
On 22.10.2016. Juba. Two children attempted to steal the spare tire of a UN agency vehcile in front of Istanbul Restaurant in Malakia at around 13:00hrs. Reports indicate that a police officer outside of the premises spotted the robbery taking place and intervened. The tire was left behind and the children fled the scene.
