On 20.10.2016. Chukudum. At least 10 people were killed in an attack on Chukudum area in South Sudan’s Eastern Equatoria State on Monday, a local official told Radio Tamazuj. The government official who preferred not to be named said that some members of the SPLA and police were also killed in an attack by SPLA-IO forces on Chukudum County last Monday(10.10.2016).He pointed out that the government forces managed to repulse the attackers, saying several civilians fled to neighboring counties and Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya.
