On 28.9.2016. Magwi.Follow-up information on the attack on an INGO convoy in Magwi yesterday brought forward the following disturbing details: the lead vehicle was directly targeted by what is now believed to be the leader of the group who fired directly at the windscreen where two impacts were evident. The second vehicle in the convoy was stopped, its occupants robbed of clothing, footwear, personal belongings of cash, phones and electronic equipment. A third incident took place to another INGO in the exact same location approx. where the vehicle was stopped, its occupants robbed of clothing, shoes, phones, personal belongings and electronic equipment. One of the occupants was assaulted because he did not have a mobile phone.
