On 22.9.2016. Maban. Following the incident in Maban where INGOs were assaulted, a number of refugees were arrested following the disturbances. One of the arrested suffering from diabetes was without insulin for two days before being brought back to his family. He was in poor condition and was brought to an INGO medical facility where attempts to treat him were unsuccessful. He died on 25 Sep. The family was upset and threatened both INGOs and police. Mediation efforts are taking place in an effort to avert any violence
