Description:
On 21.9.2016. Wau. A humanitarian donor vehicle being stopped by armed men in vicinity of a bridge in Wau at around 12:40hrs. The Land Cruiser driver was accused of not moving to the side of the road to allow a military vehicle to pass. Three soldiers from the military vehicle approached the driver and slapped him. Another soldier, believed to be the commander of the aforementioned men, intervened and told the driver to leave.
