Description:
An NNGO vehicle was stopped twice by armed men on the road between Kapoeta East and Boma. According to reports, the vehicle was first stopped by armed men in uniforms just before reaching Kassingor and were forced to take the men near the barracks west of the main road. Once complying with the request, they were let go. On their way back to the main road, they were approached again by four armed youths requesting to be transported to a town north of the main road; after initially refusing, the NNGO staff were forced to take them to a town three hours north Kassingor. No injuries were reported
