Description:
At least six people have been killed in different locations this week in Rumbek East and Rumbek Centre.
On Monday night, two people were killed in Akar-kar near Pacong payam headquarters of Rumbek East County. Two more were reported killed in Nyang-kot of Rumbek Centre and another person was killed in Cuei-adukan.
On Saturday night, youth leader Makuer Apil Bol, also known as Cot-aguot, was murdered in Tin-guot village near Manyang-patir in an incident suspected to be a revenge killing from another section of the Gong section.
The violence has caused many people in Rumbek town to be inside by dark.
