Description:
Dozens of armed Jagei Nuer youth raided Wichluak Village, physically assaulted male and female civilians and discharged small arms fire into the air. They also broke into an INGO mobile nutrition site, threatened the site’s caretaker, and carried away 25 cartons of nutritional supplies and 2 plastic chairs. 35 heads of cattle and 50 goats were stolen. An unspecified number of casualties were reported.
