On 18.9.2017. Yirol. During the evening, a community leader of Lekakudu Payam, Yirol East County was reportedly killed. The circumstances around his death are not known but it has raised tensions between the Lekakudu community and Pagarau community (a Payam also in Yirol East County). Some NGOs have restricted movements in the area.
