Description:
On 18.3.2017.Juba. 5 PKF driving a UN military vehicle along Bilpham road were stopped by SPLA, subsequently disarmed and detained at Bilpham military barracks for an unknown reason. At about 1110, 4 of the detained were released with their weapons while their team leader remained under detention. He was later released unharmed on intervention of the Japanese Embassy. The SPLA Commander Sector II apologized for the incident and promised to take appropriate actions against the offenders.
