Juba, April 15th 2016, the Civil Society group, the Community Empowerment for Progress Organization-CEPO has organized a roundtable discussion to set priorities on the formation of the Transitional Government of National Unity. The roundtable brought together members of South Sudan National Parliament from both the Goverment and the SPLM/A-IO oppositions.
The partners to the peace agreement cited the top priorities that need to be worked on as the current economic situation, security and women representation in the TGONU.
The meeting was attended by both government and SPLA/M-IO, civil soceity, religious leaders, women groups and members of the diplomatic mission.
