On 20.9.2017.Juba. A convoy of six contracted vehicles delivering water to the POC site at UN House was stopped at a check-point on the Yei road. Five trucks were released following UNMISS intervention but the sixth was taken to the SPLA barracks at Jebel where 600 litres of water was taken.

On 18.9.2017 Several NGOs reported that police were stopping NGO drivers and checking their driving licences. Some traffic police insisted that licences issued with CES (Central Equatoria State) were no longer valid and had to be replaced.
