Description:
On 8.12.2016. Mundri. An UNMISS patrol was stopped by armed men claiming to be SPLA-IO along the Mundri - Yambio road (Kotobi - 25kms SW of Mundri) at around 12:20hrs. The armed men demanded 300lts of fuel and 2000SSP. The patrol was allowed to continue without handing anything over after negotiations with said armed men.
