The Duk County authority confirmed that one of their sub-chiefs has been shot dead on Monday at Poktap area, Duk County, in Jonglei State.
Micheal Wuor Reeth, Duk County Commissioner told Radio Tamazuj over the phone on Thursday that one of his county sub-chiefs, Jok Ruop was killed in near Poktap around 7pm. The area of the incident is a 10 minute-drive away from Poktap.
