Description:
On 10.3.2017. Juba. An OCHA national staff member driving his private vehicle was arrested and detained by a traffic local police at Kololo local police station for alleged traffic offence. UN Security responded but were not allowed access to the national staff. At about 1100 the staff member was released after he paid a fine of 5,000 SSP.
