On 9.12.2016. Juba. A UN Agency staff member was driving a private vehicle when stopped by traffic police near ‘beijing junction’ in Juba. The officer confiscated a fire extinguisher and accused the driver of having expired vehicle documentation. Money was demanded but the officer fled after the arrival of a UN Security team. No money was paid.
