On 18,11,2016, Juba. Two UN Agency staff members were briefly held and questioned at around 12:00hrs by officers of the presidential guard over allegations that they had taken photographs near the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs’ office in Juba. The staff were released eventually without any further incident.
