Description:
On 17.3.2015. Two international organization staff members on mission to Old Fangak in Jonglei State had their two Thuraya phones confiscated by SPLA IO soldiers at the airstrip. On the intervention of the County Commissioner the phones were returned on the 18 March 2015.
