On 27.11.2016. Juba. Two male expat INGO staff were dropped at a hair salon along airport road in the vicinity of several vegetable shops at around 12:30hrs. When crossing the street to reach the hair salon, a motorcycle with two passengers stopped in front of one of the INGO workers shouting “Why you not say sorry for bumping?”; the INGO workers eventually got into the hair salon without any further incident. According to nearby local businessmen, said men in the motorcycle hang around the area waiting for expats to cross the road to target them for cash.
