15th of April 2016. We received reports of two foreign nationals being stopped at a check-point approximately 500m away from Acacia hotel by SPLA elements at around 21:00hrs. It was said that the soldiers were inebriated and went through one of the foreign national's bag after getting him to step out of the vehicle. 130USD were taken from the expat's wallet as he was told
that he was not allowed to have USD in South Sudan.
