Description:
1. On 7.1.2017.Juba.Three UN Agency contracted trucks were stopped and held by an SPLA checkpoint at the Joint Operations Barracks near PoC3 in Juba at around 14:30hrs. It was said there was an issue with documentation. UN Security is said to be following up the matter on the day of writing.
