SPLA Spokesperson says four children and a woman were killed in an attack carried out by unidentified armed group in Kaya area in Morobo County of River State.Brigadier General Lul Ruai Koang says the victims were pastoralists grazing animals along the Nile basins, Radio Bakhita reports. The official says the attackers did not clash with government forces. He says the pastoralists were not armed.
