- On 19.12.2016. Juba. An INGO staff member while awaiting departure at JIA for a field location was harassed by SPLA officers despite providing all the necessary documentation for travel. The officers at the airport insisted on a 500 SSP charge. The matter to be reported to RRC and OCHA Access Unit.
