Description:
- On 7.2.2018. Kapoeta. NGO contractor and civilian passenger were shot at without warning at Nakobongole, between Narus and Kapoeta. The attackers were in civilian clothes. The driver managed to continue to Kapoeta. Both received gunshot wounds but the driver was transferred to Juba while the passenger was treated in Kapoeta.
