Description:
On 14.9.2017. Torit. Local youth stopped and robbed two trucks outside Lotiyen Boma, Kapoeta East County which were part of a convoy of nine UN Agency contracted trucks transporting humanitarian assistance. All the trucks later spent the night at the South Sudan National Police Service station at Lotiyen but were robbed again by local youth during the evening.
