Description:
On 1.3.2017. Bentiu. An international staff member of an INGO was detained at JIA on his way to Bentiu via UNHAS due to the quantity of SSP on his person. He was told that 5,000 SSP was the maximum he was allowed to carry and anything above that had to be declared. After some discussion he was released.
