On 14.4.2017.Juba. An INGO vehicle was stopped by two boda boda riders. Perpetrators were 2 x young men, approximately 25 years of age, one wearing white shirt, blue pants with dress shoes and the other wore jeans with a check shirt and sports shoes. While the driver was trying to convince them that there is no reason to stop the vehicle, one of the perpetrators showed the driver a concealed gun and snatched his phone from his hand. The perpetrators then fled the scene
