On 28.9.2016. Kodok/Malakal.In Kodok, at approx 2330 hrs, an INGO guest house was broken into by IO forces in the area who proceeded to steal the mobile phones of four staff plus two laptops. They arrested one staff member on the basis of his nationality and took him into custody. Efforts are continuing to establish why he was arrested and have him unconditionally released. The INGO was informed that the regional ex-pat was accused of being a government spy.
