Description:
On 4.12.2016. Rumbek. An INGO compound was broken into by two armed men in Rumbek town between 03:30 and 04:00hrs. The armed men got over the fence, subdued the guards and forced them at gunpoint to take them to the Programme Manager’s accommodation in the same compound. The Finance Manager was awoken and forced to open the office and a safe. Money, laptops and phones were taken. The watchmen were slapped but not otherwise harmed.
