On 13.2.2017.Juba. An IDP INGO staff member living and working in POC3, UN House, was walking along the North access road to get transport to go into Juba. The staff member was stopped by SPLA soldiers searched, arrested and detained. The staff member was questioned for several hours and accused of being an iO sympathizer among other unfounded accusations. Once the staff’s bona fides was established and that he had no affiliations to anti-government groups he was released.
